Over the last 20 years, Crash Conditioning has worked with teams from Pee-Wee to every Jr. League across Western Canada. We have helped with consulting for short term competition such as working with Hockey Alberta and their Team Alberta program. We offer in season development for elite teams and have seen significant growth over the winter for those athletes that are willing to show up every day and put in the work. We offer a limited amount of teams over the winter to come train at Crash. Programming will be developed based on age and specific needs. We make strategic adjustments based on day-to-day changes in team scheduling and coaching obligations. Maintaining strength and power levels in season is the key to staying healthy all year long. Off-ice training can help build team chemistry and is the most successful way to improve conditioning. This allows coaches to use valuable ice time to develop technical skills and systems while still maintinginr a high level of overall fitness. We offer team testing and the start and end of the season so you can see your growth as an athlete. In support of the Head Coaches yearly development plan, we find we have the best result in building a seasonal program. We work with teams that come to train with us in our facilities as well as remotely using our Online Training App for those who are outside of our communities.
Our “Not For Everyone” motto applies to team training in the gym as well. We have worked with diverse groups and if a teams expectations and commitments don’t meet ours we will not take the work. It is important for everyone on the team from on ice coaches, medical staff as well as our performance coaches to be on the same page to ensure everyone gets the absolute Crash Conditioning experience.
