Phil has been in the personal training business for 10 years. For the last 5 years he has been part of the strength training team at Crash Conditioning where he enjoys helping hockey players at all levels improve their skills.
While receiving his Diploma in Kinesiology at Red Deer College, Phil worked as both a trainer and student athletic therapist with the National Champion Men’s Volleyball team (from 2002-2004). After completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Performance at the University of Alberta in 2006, Phil started working as a Personal Trainer.
Phil’s desire for a faster pace, along with a specialized training environment, is what attracted him to the team at Crash Conditioning.
