Caylin is entering his fifth year with Crash Conditioning. Prior to Crash, he has been involved in player development and hockey instruction for over a decade. His experience includes strength and conditioning, goaltender development, as well as skating and skill development.
A graduate of Morrisville State College in 2011, Caylin received a Bachelor of Science in Human Performance and Health Promotion. While attending Morrisville, Caylin also served as goaltender for the Mustangs Men’s Varsity Hockey team where he currently holds records for games played, wins, and all-time saves.
Prior to graduation, Caylin has coached with numerous associations and organizations within Canada, and the United States, and works with players from grassroots to professional. He also currently consults and coaches with GDI Goaltender Consulting, and Skillz Skating and Shooting Clinics.
Originally from Grand Forks, BC his playing experience includes Tier II Junior A, US College, and the ECHL.
