Crash has established himself in the hockey community with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Crash spent his schooling focusing on the performance enhancement of hockey through the physiological and psychological aspect of the players.

Crash has been featured in various lectures and practical sessions for Hockey Canada, Hockey Alberta, Nike Hockey, World Pro Goaltending, in addition has been published in magazines such as Hockey Now, Royals Report, Hockey Calgary Magazine and recently in STACK magazine.

Travelling across North America during the hockey season, to be involved in year round development for Crash Conditioning athletes, has allowed for a better understanding of the different needs at each level. To understand more at the NHL level for draftees and their experiences Crash has attended NHL drafts and the 2007 NHL combine.

He is not only a fixture in the hockey community but a leader in the development of athleticism in hockey players and teams. His undergraduate studies included research in “Exercise Physiology in Ice Hockey” as well as “Role Clarity within Teams in Competitive Ice Hockey”.

As well as developing players, Crash has been instrumental in developing outstanding strength coaches and works closely with therapists and medical professionals in developing his own trade.

“Success comes from preparation!”
